Hey guys – I had the same problem with the slider but I managed to find the problem!

Open up tab.php in the editor and change:

$featucat = get_option(‘prg_featucat’);

to:

$featucat = get_option(‘prg_gldcat’);

its just simple just set the permission to 777 the cache folder. it works for me

I think the slider in this theme is broken. It is only supposed to pull in feature images from the categories designated in each post. It is pulling from all posts regardless. I even noticed in the ‘how-to’ video that loads up with the theme that the same issue is appearing that I was encountering. The first post in the video does not have an image and is showing a black space in slot 1 of 5 in the slideshow. Would love it if this could be fixed, as I really like this theme.
